This comfortable holiday home is located in the commune of Le Minihic-sur-Rance on the banks of the River Rance. The location is ideal, in a golden triangle just a 10-minute drive from Dinard and 20 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan.
In this holiday rental, which was completely and tastefully renovated and opened in 2024, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay in the spacious, bright, fully-equipped living rooms, as well as relaxing in the enclosed garden and on the sunny terrace.
Angélique, the owner, will welcome you for a few nights or a few weeks.
Take advantage of your stay to explore the region ! Mont Saint-Michel, Cap Fréhel, Dol-de-Bretagne Cathedral, the ramparts of Saint-Malo, the Clair du Lune trail in Dinard, Rennes and its museums, Lac de Trémelin and the Forêt de Brocéliande are all well worth a visit!
