Welcome to Evelyne and Pierre's rental holiday home!
Set in a green setting, with its wooded park and meadows as far as the eye can see, the house can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The house is full of charm and warmth, with an emphasis on antique furniture. There are three separate bedrooms, one of which is on one level, ideal for a stay with family, friends or business.
Its sunny veranda, terrace, enclosed garage and large grounds are other major assets.


It is located 3 km from Baulon town centre and 5 km from Maxent, where you will find all the shops you need.
Paimpont and the Brocéliande forest are 18 km away, Rennes and La Gacilly 30 km.


The house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, comprises :
Day side (ground floor)
- A bright living room with sitting area on the left, living area and kitchen area on the right. Quality crockery for your festive meals!
- Laundry area with washing machine, freezer and extra sink in the garage.
- A corridor leads to the WC, shower room and bedroom.


Night side (first floor)
> Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: sleeps 2, with double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe.
> Bedroom upstairs: sleeps 2, with double bed (140 cm) and seating area.
> Bedroom 3 upstairs: sleeps 1 (120 cm bed).
Possibility of 2 extra beds on request (pull-out bed in each upstairs bedroom).
