In the heart of Rabelais' country, and at less than 5 kilometers from the medieval fortress of Chinon, on the Loire Anjou Touraine Nature Parc, the gite of the Beruserie is ideally located to give you the opportunity of seeing the Loire valley castles and some Touraine's landscapes during your stay. Situated on a 1200m² piece of land planted with trees, the single-storey house looks onto the yard where you will enjoy a lunch with your family or your lover under the wistaria. Away from the main roads, it is really a haven of peace.
Your holiday house is made of 2 buildings. The main house has been restored in 2010, ground-floor with: sitting (bedding on sofa bed or in single bed), dining room, fitted kitchen, 1st bedroom (double bed 140 cm wide), shower-room, WC, laundry, central heating (extra). Former wine house restored in 2015, ground-floor: supplementary kitchen, 2nd bedroom (double bed 160 cm wide), shower-room with WC. Upstairs: 3rd bedroom (double bed 160 cm wide), electric heating (extra). Equipment: WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, telephone, micro-waves oven, dish-washer, fridge-freezer, washing machine. Private unfenced garden on a fenced property (shelter for bikes, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, car parking). Animal tolerated upon owner's prior agreement. Included in price: sheets (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
