Completely independent (non-terraced house), the cottage overlooks the garden where you can enjoy breakfast with your family in the shadow of Linden tree. Very close (less than 2 km), the village center of Avoine is accessible in two pedal strokes by bicycle! Your holiday house is made of 2 buildings. The main house has on ground-floor: living-sitting, fitted kitchen, shower-room, WC. Upstairs: 1st bedroom on the entire floor (double bed 160 cm wide, single bed 80 cm wide), gas central heating (extra). In the annex, on ground floor: living with kitchen area and 2nd bedroom (double bed 180 cm wide), shower-room with WC. Upstairs: 3rd bedroom (double bed 140 cm wide), relaxation area (TV), electric heating (extra). Equipment: WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, telephone, micro-waves oven, dish-washer, fridge-freezer, washing machine.
