You will stay by the sea, near Saint-Brieuc.
The cottage is 150m from the sea. The beach is sheltered by cliffs! In the town center of Saint-Brieuc, you will find restaurants and shops.
Martin Plage is a great place to take pictures, the landscape is colorful !
You will can rent paddles, kayaks and large buoys with Lud'eau, near the beach.
Martin Plage is famous for fishing on foot.

Close to the beach (150 meters), enjoy a stay with family or friends in this beautiful cottage.
A nice kitchen (with coffee maker, microwave,dishwasher...) and a living room are on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a shower room with wc.
A 3rd bedroom is located in an out building, close to the cottage, with its private shower room and wc.
The beds are made on arrival !!!!
There is a large garden and terraces, with garden furniture and barbecue.
You will can make wonderful hikes (GR34 150 meters).

Cadre très cosy, proximité de la mer, espace optimisé.
Nous avons eu froid dans la pièce du bas, malgré le chauffage au maxi.
Le gîte " l'air marin" est très bien agencé, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil sympathique malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée.
