Located near the sandy beaches and the GR 34, the gite "Bleu Outre-Mer" is a charming stone character house entirely tastefully renovated.Its garden offers a south-facing terrace and a heated pool at 26° from April to September with counter current swimming.
The territory has many rias anchored in the land, small harbours, a charming countryside and family beaches where many nautical activities can be practiced.
Information: The outdoor areas and the surroundings of the swimming pool are being finished (new photos of the house and garden will be added as soon as the work is completed).
Opening scheduled for April 2020.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (bed 160 and 2 beds 80 with possibility bed 160), 1 private bathroom in each room, 1 independent WC.
Facilities and services: Washing machine, tumble dryer, TV (foreign channels), internet Wifi, bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival, cot and equipment.
Outside: Private garden and car park, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, private heated swimming pool (April to September), outdoor shower.

Si nous devions le résumé en un seul mot : " PARFAIT " ce qui est réducteur par rapport à la qualité et la prestation du gîte. Nous pouvons énumérer que de nombreux points positifs : Rénovation réalisée avec goût alliant les vieilles pierres et le moderne –Calme - Proximité de la mer et du sentier côtier ( 5 minutes à pied) - Extérieur très agréable et bien entretenu Un grand plus une démonstration et des photos de drone.. Merci aux propriétaires du gite pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Les prestations de cette maison de charme sont au top. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer de superbes vacances. Dommage nous n avions pas le soleil avec nous. Nos hôtes sont des propriétaires en or et d une gentillesse. Nous avons adoré ce coin paisible de bretagne du sud
Détente et location idéale
Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, que ce soit en électroménager, en ustensiles de cuisine ou en vaisselle de table, très belle d'ailleurs ! Dans les chambres, tous les lits sont équipés d'une literie de très bonne qualité, particulièrement confortable et le linge de lit est très beau. Tout est parfaitement propre. Les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas en reste : tout est très bien aménagé. Philippe et Sylvie sont des hôtes très agréables : tout est pensé pour que l'on se sente bien dans cette mai

Good Bleu Outre-mer: Very nice old property reconstructed / renovated with taste. The house is spacious, the rear property is completely closed, only the access to the front property (parking lot and front door) does not (yet) have a gate. The pool is separated so that it is safe for children, making it ideal for families with small children. The small (supervised beach) of Trénez can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, by car via Kergroës in 5 minutes. The owners Mme Sylvie and Monsieur Phi
