Dry stone walls (picturesque and fragile - do not climb on it, thank you) line a plot where you can see farm animals: cows, sheep, chickens ... Ideally located, you can discover the cultural and architectural treasures of the Creuse. The cottage "Au chant du coq" is located in a hamlet and is adjoining the owners' house (not overlooked). On the ground floor: living room of 30 m2 with living room and sitting area (wood stove, a small outbreak will await you to warm up your evenings), integrated and fully equipped independent kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine - washing machine, dryer). Shower room, separate WC. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (one of 16m2 with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, one of 10m2 with 2 beds of 90 and one of 17 m2 with a bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90), bathroom / WC. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, WC reducer. Terraces, raised and closed garden. Bikes available (2 adult bikes and 3 children). Private parking.
