The Clévacances labelling process:

1. Getting in touch
An initial telephone contact with a Clévacances advisor allows us to discuss the feasibility of your project and/or your tourist accommodation. He or she will provide you with advice and expertise.

2. The labelling visit
Your Clévacances advisor visits and classifies your accommodation, from 1 to 5 keys, on the basis of the criteria in our labelling grid (comprising over 300 criteria).

3. Confirmation of your membership
With the labelling visit completed and your membership confirmed, your advisor will assign you an approval number and issue you with a certificate valid for 5 years. A revisit will be scheduled in 5 years to check the quality of your accommodation.

4. Putting your advert online
Your advert is put online on our website www.clevacances.com. Your advisor will provide you with training on the functions of your members' area (description management, photos, planning, rates, marketing methods, etc.). You benefit from daily support to optimise your advert and your business.

5. Welcome to the Clévacances network!
You have all the keys in hand to develop your holiday rental business. You have access to the Clévacances documentary database (tax, regulations, etc.) and to the exclusive partnerships of our label.
