The Cottage de la Plage is ideally located 20m from beach at Le Crotoy in one of the loveliest bays in the world. Perfect for nature lovers, keen walkers, cyclists and horse riders – with glorious sunsets facing the house. Nearby: Marquenterre bird sanctuary, kite surfing spot. 5 nights minimum stay (low & mid season), 7 nights minimum (July/August). Ground floor: entry direct into living/sitting room (sea view), open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room/WC, bedroom (two 80x200cm beds OR king-size bed). 1st floor: separate WC, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, bow window with sea view) (queen-size bed, balcony with sea view). Garden (420 sq.m.), terrace with direct access (via gate and path) to beach (20m away). Private parking spaces for 2 cars. Dry garden with seaside flowers, 200m long. Large south-west facing terrace. Paved area all around house. Closed bike shed.|Beds made on arrival, towels supplied. Cleaning products supplied. Cost of cleaning included in rent EXCEPT for cleaning kitchen area. NO pets. In order to ensure peace and quiet, house can only be used by the people for whom the reservation was made, including children. NO parties or receptions. NO children under 2 years allowed, as the property does not have safety features required for very young children. Electricity: 10kW per day included in rent (usually enough for basic cooking & daily needs). When electric heating is on, any consumption in excess of 10kW/day will be charged at the going rate (meter read on arrival and departure). Rate on 1st February is 0.23€ (incl. tax) after a 15% price rise.
