Ideally located in Mesnil Roc'h, the gîte is easily accessible via the 4-lane Saint-Malo-Rennes motorway (1 km). You'll be less than 20 minutes' drive from Combourg, Dol-de-Bretagne, Saint-Malo and Hédé-Bazouges. Shops (grocery shop, restaurants, garage, etc.) are 2 km away. With family or friends, you'll enjoy bright, welcoming, very spacious living rooms with all modern comforts. There are several gardens and terraces in front and behind the house for pleasant outdoor activities. _The 2-storey house with garden comprises :_ * Daytime A large, bright living room on one level with exposed beams, with : - a sitting area with TV, radio and decorative fireplace - a lounge area - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
