We rent our house on an island Île aux Moines with 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Old character house, completely renovated in 2023, surrounded by a 1300m² garden with a small private path leading you to the beach of Port Miquel in 5min on foot. Ideally located with the port 15 minutes away and the village 5 minutes away. House at the end of a dead small road, without passage and really very quiet. House about 100 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from the rearest beach. The house has on the ground floor : - a fully equiped open kitchen with new appliances, - a large living room with wood fireplace, - a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms for 2 people per bedroom (double bed 140 cm) and with one of thse a baby bed, - a bathroom with bathtub, - a second bathroom with shower and WC, - a separate WC. Upstairs : - a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds 80 cm or 1 double bed 160 cm) with washbasin (the staircase leading to this bedroomis steep and not suitable for children under 10 years old, - a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds 80 cm or 1 double bed 160 cm) with wasbasin accessible by an outside staircase. In order to allow you to have a good stay, we entrust our property to a concierge (Sibylle) who ensures your reception, the rental of sheets (5€/person) and the cleaning (150 €). Rental by the week or for a weekend but minimum 3 days. Please note that the house is non-smoking and that we do not accept animals. About island  Île aux Moines: Island practically without car so travel on foot or by bike (there are bike rental companies). So peaceful holidays guaranteed. You must leave your vehicle in one of the 5 car parks  at the Port Blanc pier on the mainland. Fast crossing of 5 minutes by sea shuttle every half hour. There are 2 supermarkets, 1 bakery and a market for food shopping. There are many restaurants. The location of the house in the heart of this exceptional island will allow you to discover the many hiking trails (on foot or by bike) which will lead you to different beaches, wild and unspoiled landscapes of the island. You can also take the shuttles to visit the other islands of the Gulf of Morbihan or the Rhuys peninsula.
