The holiday cottage _Le Chêne Doré _is located in the commune of La Boussac, 10 minutes' drive from Dol-de-Bretagne. In this holiday rental, you'll be surrounded by greenery, with secure property, horse meadows and free access for walks to the lake. Nadège, the owner, welcomes you for a few nights or a few weeks. She also has horses in the meadows in the property ! If you wish, her boarders will be delighted to receive your petting . Dol-de-Bretagne is an ancient medieval town in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. There's a market, Saint-Samson Cathedral, shops and top-quality restaurants to discover! Combourg, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Avranches, not forgetting Mont Saint-Michel (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), are all sure to be part of your trip. _The house sleeps 1 to 6 people:_ * By day A large, bright living room on one level, with : - an open-plan kitchen with quality crockery, cooking hob and a wide range of quality equipment. Access to the terrace and uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. - a living area - a separate lounge with connected TV, DVD player and wood-burning stove in season. - Upstairs, a reading area. * At night (upstairs) - 1 large master suite for 2 (140 cm bed) with dressing room and reading area. All year round, she welcomes horses for boarding, as well as travellers passing through. Also English-speaking, she will be delighted to welcome you to this little corner of paradise. * Additional charges - Tourist tax (compulsory): €0.81 / adult / night (rental classified 3 stars) - End-of-stay cleaning (compulsory): €60 - Bed linen and towels (optional): 13€ / pers * Accessibility As the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, this holiday rental is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. La Boussac is an ideal base for visiting the region: the towns of Dol-de-Bretagne and Combourg have plenty to offer. Don't miss the Dol-de-Bretagne market on Saturday mornings, and the Cathédrale Saint-Samson. In Combourg, visit the castle and stroll around Lac Tranquille. You can easily reach Saint-Malo, Cancale and Dinard to the east, Mont Saint-Michel, Avranches, Granville and the Chausey Islands to the west. Further south, discover the medieval town of Dinan, the Ille-et-Rance canal, or Rennes, the capital of Brittany, for plenty of culture, shopping and city walks.
