Welcome to _Le Fenil_, a gîte for 5 people on the _Domaine du Lesnen Petit Bois_ estate in Saint-Thual. Anne-France, the owner, will welcome you for a few nights or a few weeks. In addition to this charming holiday home with its private terrace and uninterrupted view over the pond, you'll enjoy an exceptional setting for your stay: 6 hectares of property in the heart of nature, with ponds, orchard, playground for young and old, and meadows for animals (horses, rabbits, sheep, etc.). An indoor swimming pool is available all year round (shared with another rental). The icing on the cake : dozens of magnificent peacocks that have taken up residence in the trees of the park, and will roam around during the mating season between April and September to the delight of your eyes... and ears! And don't forget to take a look at the 17th century chapel at the entrance to the estate... Take advantage of your visit to explore the region ! Places like the book city of Bécherel or the Ille-et-Rance canal at Saint-Domineuc (10 min), the Château de Combourg (20 min), the medieval town of Dinan (30 min), Rennes the capital of Brittany (40 min), Saint-Malo the corsair city or the Forêt de Paimpont (50 min) are well worth a visit! _The holiday home for 1 to 5 people consists of :_ * By day > A living room on the garden level with : - an open, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, small appliances, etc.) - a living area - a lounge area with TV and board games > On the 1st floor, a relaxation area (1.90 m high ceiling) * Night-time (2nd and top floor) - 1 bedroom of 13.5 m² for 2 people (2 beds 90 x 190 cm) with storage space. - 1 bedroom of 16.5 m² for 3 people (3 beds of 90 cm or 1 bed of 90 cm and 1 bed 180 x 200 cm). * Sanitary facilities (2nd and top floor) - 1 separate WC - 1 separate bathroom with large bath, towel rail and hairdryer * Outside area - 6-hectare gated property with 2 ponds, 1 orchard, animals (horses, rabbits, hens, sheep, goats, peacocks, etc). - Private parking in front of the property - 1 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs - Natural view over a pond (secure access). - Barbecue in summer. - Shared with another gîte: petanque area and plenty of play equipment for children (slide, play houses, swings). * Facilities and services - Outbuilding adjoining the gîte with heated indoor swimming pool open all year round, shared with another gîte (with shower and sanitary facilities) - TV, dishwasher, oven, freezer, washing machine, food processors, etc. - Heating included - Bed and kitchen linen included and bed made on arrival - Optional bathroom linen: €5/person - End-of-stay cleaning (compulsory): €40 - Small fishing tackle for children available on request for gentle fishing in the pond. - Possibility of accompanying Anne-France the owner to feed the animals in the morning. - Pets are not accepted. - A seminar room with Wifi is also available on the property, just a few metres from the gîte. - Socket for recharging your electric vehicle (extra charge) * The owner Anne-France and her husband have started a new life on the Domaine du Lesnen Petit Bois. The property allows them to welcome visitors, in keeping with their values of close contact with nature and animals living in the great outdoors.
