There, a cozy living room awaits, equipped with a large-screen television, a home theater system, a DVD player, as well as board games and books for relaxing moments with family or friends. The open-plan kitchen, the true heart of the home, is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, freezer, microwave, double espresso machine, and dishwasher. A second television is also featured. This bright room opens onto a first intimate terrace, furnished with a garden table and a plancha, ideal for al fresco dining in the mild Occitan climate. On the second floor, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await you: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. Two of these bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry area with a washing machine complete this floor.
