This large family house awaits you, nestled in the heart of a 2500 m² garden, with three distinct areas to fully enjoy your vacation. We will gladly welcome you to this gîte, but if you arrive late, no worries. You'll find a comfortable living room with a TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, and various appliances, an independent laundry room, a toilet, and a cozy dining area for 6 people. For the night, the gîte offers 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the ground floor with its own private bathroom, perfect for maximum comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, a library-office area, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Need to relax? Enjoy our private indoor jacuzzi (€50 for the stay) for moments of relaxation after a day exploring Charente Limousine. Household linen and towels are included for stays of 2 nights or more, depending on your preference. A €100 cleaning deposit will be requested by check and returned if the gîte is left as clean as you found it. Please remember to pay the tourist tax on-site (per day/per adult), thank you. As for your four-legged friends, they are welcome, as long as they respect the property!
