With a surface area of 42 m², this holiday rental, entirely on one level on the ground floor, can accommodate 3 people. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the sea, with its ever-changing scenery at the mercy of the tides, numerous restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours, fishmongers, and the GR 34 leading to the Pointe de Grouin or towards Mont Saint-Michel. Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne are all 20-40 minutes away and well worth a visit! _The holiday rental comprises :_ * Inside : > a living room with open-plan kitchen and south-facing lounge facing the sea, plus a comfortable 90x190 cm bed. > a separate bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing area. > a shower room with WC. * Outside : - Optional outdoor terrace with garden furniture: €25 (not available in August). The terrace is accessible via a staircase on the 1st floor. - Enclosed garage option: €25 (not available in August). * Other services : - Pets are allowed with the owners' agreement. - Baby kit available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, baby bath). - Optional household linen: €30 all inclusive (sheets, towels, tea towels and hand towels) - End-of-stay cleaning option: €30 - As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, the flat has also been awarded the 3-star Atout France furnished tourist accommodation classification.
