The house: It has a courtyard, private parking with charging station, an entrance, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room, a large living room, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a bathroom. The kitchen, open to the dining room and the terrace, is fully equipped (oven, hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils, etc.). You will also find a standing table with 2 chairs. The dining room open to the kitchen is equipped with a table and 8 chairs. You will find in the living room: a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with flat screen television, a sound tower. A separate toilet Access to the terrace from the kitchen/dining room. The latter is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the 1st floor: The 2nd bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing room. The 3rd bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, a bedside table with lamps, a dressing room. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds 90x190, a bedside table with lamps, a dressing room. A separate toilet. The bathroom has an Italian shower, a bath, a double washbasin, a mirror, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. In the basement : A 5-person sauna and a double walk-in shower. You will find available in the laundry room: a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron. Exterior: A charging station. An enclosed garden fitted out with drying rack and two-wheeler/ski/other room. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath sheets and towels will be at your disposal on site. A deposit of 800 € will be requested on arrival and kept for the duration of your stay. A tourist tax per person and per night is to be added to the price of the stay.

Maison très propre et très confortable. Située à quelques kilomètres de Colmar et à une petite demi heure en voiture des plus beaux villages d Alsace.

Sauna super, très grande baignoire. cuisine bien aménagée belles équipements suffisant chambres avec des lits confortables très belle salle et un très grand salon

Gîte proche de lieux touristiques (Vosges, villages pittoresques). Commerces très proches. Une maison bien agréable au quotidien.
