Welcome to the gîte du cœur des Eyzies! Located in the Périgord Noir, this large house is nestled in the heart of the village, surrounded by cliffs and heritage. Only 15 km from Sarlat, 38 km from Bergerac and 35 km from Périgueux, it is ideally located for culture and relaxation lovers.
You can enjoy access to two rivers only 12 km away, where you can swim, canoe, or enjoy the nautical base of Trémolat. The property is surrounded by a wooded park with direct access to the woods. The private heated swimming pool is exclusively at your disposal to enjoy a refreshing swim.
Inside the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a dining room with a TV, a large living room and a desk.
The four spacious rooms have king size beds, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and their own bathroom and toilet. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor table and barbecue for sunny lunches. Please note that the pool is alarmed but not fenced.
We also offer a cleaning package at the end of your stay for 120 euros, and we remind you that pool towels are not provided.
