Ideally located just 15 minutes' walk from the beaches and shops, it will charm you and give you the holiday you've been waiting for.
The property offers private, enclosed parking at the front of the house for 2 cars, followed by a beautiful artificial turf garden with private spa, a large terrace with awning and gas hob at the rear.
On the ground floor, the well-equipped kitchen gives way to a dining room for sharing convivial moments. The lounge has direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom with en suite shower room is located on the ground floor, as is a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are three further bedrooms, a shared shower room and separate wc.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality bedding (160x200 or 90x190).

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Geneviève et sa famille (beaucoup de conseils et idées de visites). La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable (jacuzzi très apprécié en fin de journée). Le centre ville est facilement accessible (15 mins à pied)

Excellent séjour d'une semaine début juillet : tout était parfait + très bon point de départ pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon
