Ideally located, about 40 m², on the top floor of a small residence of 3 floors with elevator, 500m from the Arcachon basin, 1.5km from the center of Arcachon, shuttle in front of the apartment to quickly get to the city center.
Very bright living room, with custom built-in kitchen, very well equipped.
Sofa bed (2.00 X 1.40 m). The room is equipped with 2 bunk beds (custom made).
The WC is separate. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bathtub and plenty of storage space.
Parking is located in the residence. A large box is at your disposal (possibility to store 4 bikes).
The location of the apartment is ideal to access the Pereire beach without using the car, the tennis club of Arcachon is 100m away, enjoy a hydrotherapy area and a Spa Thalasso, Thalazur 200m away.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très bien équipé, fonctionnel, une décoration moderne et très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, la navette juste à côté pour aller au centre ville en quelques minutes, et dans l’autre sens, à la dune du Pilat. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et répondent très rapidement à d’éventuels questions.
