Closed to the Arcachon Station, this very beautifull house was completely renovated with style. Since mai 2018, it has also a nice swimming pool.
This very luminous house content 3 bedrooms, 1 living&eating room, 1 kitchen, 1 bath room and 1 WC. At 5 meters from the main house you can find the small house including a bathrrom, 1 WC and 1 big bedroom including a desk. Even if it is a little bit less isolated in winter (but you have a heater), it is the favorite place of the teenagers.
All 3 big (King size : 160 cm) beds are brand new and very confortable (Sommons) and the 4 single bed are also new and confortable but more adapted for kids till young adults.
Outside you have everything to enjoy great hollidays : big table&chairs, sofas, rocking chairs, plancha, table tennis, swimming pool,...

Nous avons séjourné pour la 2e fois dans la villa Madelon. La maison est toujours aussi chaleureuse, confortable et accueillante. Idéalement située pour se balader à vélo (mis à disposition!). Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons une 3e fois !
Un petit coin de paradis
La maison est très bien équipée pour les enfants ! Nous avons pu profité de la piscine et de l’extérieur très bien entretenu. La proximité avec la ville et la mise à dispo des vélos nous a permi d’oublier la voiture pendant cette période .
On entend parfois qq trains passer.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marc Alexandre. La maison est décorée avec goût très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

Agréable et confortable
Tout était réellement parfait: les nombreux équipements pour bébés et enfants, les aménagements extérieurs avec la magnifique piscine, l’emplacement, la superbe décoration, etc, etc. Et que dire de l’accueil très chaleureux d’Hélène!
Rien ne nous a déçus! Tout était conforme à la description.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Madelon! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir passer nos futures vacances dans cette maison!

Avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à notre aise (4 A + 2 enf), parfaitement équipée et aménagée (literie excellente), et décorée avec soin. L'équipement bébé est un plus, les enfants ont eu plaisir à jouer avec les nombraux jouets à disposition correspondant à des âges différents, bibliothèque enfants fournie, très bien située, stationnement aisé..
