Le Gîte de Claire Fontaine is a charming holiday home with swimming pool just 1 kilometre from Monflanquin. This 13th century bastide is one of 5 villages in the Lot et Garonne classified as "the most beautiful village in France".
This location is ideal for its proximity to the leisure, cultural and natural activities on offer in the Lot et Garonne.
Situated in the heart of a stone property where the owners live, you will find the peace and seclusion you need. You enter via an independent driveway with reserved parking.
The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped. The living room is accessed by 3 steps. Enjoy wifi access, television and a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings.
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms. The first has a single bed (160x200) and the second two single beds. Both are equipped with storage cupboards and a fan.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, electric towel rail and toiletries. The toilet is separate.
There is a terrace with garden furniture overlooking the park. A barbecue is available.
From June to September, the shared in-ground swimming pool is open daily from 11am to 6pm. Two dwarf goats, horses, ducks and two dogs also live on the property, so don't hesitate to say hello to them!

Literie très confortable, salle de bain avec douche italienne. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux, nous avons pu bénéficier de leurs conseils pour visiter les alentours, notamment le village de Monflanquin où se tenait au mois d'août les fêtes médiévales. Nous reviendrons à coup sur!!

Un gîte en vieilles pierres avec tout le confort moderne , posé dans une très jolie propriété avec étang, piscine et animaux . Accueil parfait !
Gite avec beaucoup de charme, très propre et très bien équipé. La literie est top, le jardin et ses animaux sont dépaysant s et apaisants .
