### Description of the Gîte


- **Comfortable Rooms:** 6 adult rooms with 160 cm beds and dressing room, including one on the ground floor. 2 children's bedrooms with 3 90 cm beds and a baby bed.


- **Living Spaces:** 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, large living room with dining room and separate kitchen, and a games room.


- **Relaxation Garden:** Enjoy the garden with a spa for 5 people, a sauna usable all year round, a heated swimming pool (10/4) from May to October, shaded terrace with garden furniture, dining area , relaxation area, barbecue, and children's play areas.
