This vacation rental is located in the peaceful village of Labesserette, 25 km from Aurillac. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by this charming stone house with a terrace and a wooded garden.


In this 80 m2 house, designed to accommodate 5 people, comfort is essential. It is also classified 4 keys, which means that you benefit from a high standard of accommodation.


A large living room occupies the ground floor. On the living room side, a cozy sofa faces the cantou (the traditional Auvergne fireplace). A wood stove has been installed there to warm up the atmosphere. Note that the wood is offered. A television is at your disposal.


As for the kitchen, you won't miss anything: hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, various utensils and a large convivial table.


A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. A first bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), a baby bed and a wardrobe. The generous volume of the second bedroom was used to install two double beds (140 cm). Sheets are provided, beds made upon your arrival. The bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower. The toilets are independent.


A relaxation area has been created in an outbuilding adjoining the house. It consists of an indoor swimming pool heated to 32°C, a spa heated to 36°C and a small fitness area. Well-being guaranteed! And if you forgot your swimsuit, don't worry, naturism is allowed in this gîte.


Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, as soon as the weather is suitable you will take full advantage of the garden. Not forgetting the deck chairs for lounging in the sun overlooking the countryside.


The L’instant Rêvé cottage is equipped with numerous amenities that will make your stay more pleasant. Among these: a wifi connection, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby kit (on request), a swing in the garden, a garage, private parking. And to top it off, a little welcome gift awaits you!

Your vacation rental in Labesserette is ideally located, 25 km from Aurillac (Cantal), and 30 km from Conques (Aveyron). You are between the Auvergne Volcanoes and Lot Valley Regional Natural Park.

Labesserette is nestled in a splendid green setting. Its church houses a masterpiece of medieval sculpture, a 15th century pietà. For hiking enthusiasts, don't miss the 6 km loop route, "La basin du Veinazès", offering magnificent views of the village of Junhac and the hills covered with chestnut trees, the king tree of the region.


By motorbike, car or bicycle, travel the small roads of La Châtaigneraie, from village to village, to discover the built heritage of the Small Cities of Character of Montsalvy (8 km) and Marcolès (12 km).


35 km from your vacation rental, a visit to Conques, in Aveyron, is essential. Once a fortified medieval town, Conques is classified as the Most Beautiful Village in France. It is a stopover on the road to Santiago de Compostela and a mecca for Romanesque art. The Sainte-Foy abbey church from the 11th and 12th centuries and its tympanum with 124 sculpted figures will impress you!


Change the atmosphere in Salers, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park. Ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, this medieval town conceals numerous heritage and gastronomic treasures.


Allow 1 hour drive to get to Salers. We recommend that you dedicate a day to it and take the opportunity to climb to the top of Puy Mary. At its summit, the view from the top of the Cantal mountains and the Puys chain is breathtaking!


The Lot valley, at an average altitude of 200 m, benefits from a mild climate favorable to outdoor activities. A family river par excellence, the Lot allows for easy canoe-kayak descents through wild and diverse landscapes.


21 km from your gîte, the Base Canoë Sport Nature in Vieillevie offers a variety water sports on the Lot: canoeing, paddle, rafting. Track games, orienteering hikes, electric mountain bike rental... The base of the Vieillevie port is a family welcome area in a soothing natural environment.


The Truyère gorges offer magnificent natural panoramas. There is no road along the gorges, however the most beautiful viewpoints are accessible by car.


Another way to discover the wild landscapes of the Truyère gorges is to go mountain biking or wander in the countryside along the hiking trails. For swimming, the Laussac peninsula, about forty km from your gîte, is a friendly place. (supervised swimming in summer).


The waters of the Lot and Truyère rivers are famous for fishing. If you want to fish in the countryside and in peace, you've come to the right place!


Very close to your gîte, the Vallée des Daims in Junhac is an animal park located in a beautiful wooded site. This family visit to meet the world of deer takes place by little train or on foot.


The Cantalian Châtaigneraie benefits from the “Remarkable site of taste” label thanks to Mourjou, a small village of 300 inhabitants, and its emblematic product: the chestnut. To find out more, visit “La maison de la Châtaigne” or come at the end of October for the Chestnut Fair.


Don't miss the Montsalvy market on Thursday morning, and the Aurillac market on Saturday morning. You can stock up on local products there: cheeses, dairy products, honey, cold meats... before leaving.
