This charming stone house dating from 1851 has just been completely renovated to welcome you comfortably (work completed in August 2021)

Composition :

Spacious house with solid wooden floor on the ground floor. A pleasant living room facing south (3 large windows) including lounge and dining room, offering a clear view of nature; it includes a fireplace where we installed a cast iron stove with pellets. It communicates with the fully equipped kitchen => electric oven, fridge freezer 3 drawers, vitro ceramic table, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso, mixer, kettle, raclette machine, pierrade, toaster, fryer ... and lots of kitchen utensils that you could find at home - a kitchen kit is waiting for you including 2 towels, salt, pepper, coffee, washing up liquid, paper towels, cloths - TV in the living room 2 sofas

Also included : an extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector 

First floor: 3 bedrooms

Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 160*200 cm (queen size) - country view -2 large windows - TV

Bedroom 2 : 1 bed 140*200cm - open view - a desk area - large built-in cupboard (queen size bed)

Bedroom 3 : 1 bed 140*200cm - view of the fountain - a beauty corner -  a large built-in cupboard

 Basement : A laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

If needed a garage can be available on request for bicycles or to park a car.

Leisure activities :

Numerous hikes (GR30), mountain biking, fishing : trout fishing => nice stream at 300 m. Lot of lakes (lac Pavin, lac Chauvet, Lacs de la Godivelle... ) Horse riding ; Snowshoeing - snow sledding -Skiing.

The house is nearby the thermal city of Mont Dore, also close to the medieval city of BESSE, the ski resort of SUPER BESSE, the castle of Murol, the dam of Bort les Orgues, St Nectaire, Vulcania (50 min), Volvic water factory, Super Besse spa, Super Besse zip line, the St Nectaire cheese route.

The house has a small terrasse area but no garden. But armchairs adirondack  and a barbecue are available

You will be able to find  a secured public area only 50 metres away for children to play safely.

Many shops (tobacconist/press, pharmacy, grocery shop, bakery, post office, petrol station, restaurant, car repairs, taxis and on call doctors twice a week) can be found at only a short distance

Supermarkets can be found In Besse and Condat

A village market takes place every Wednesday

The house must be maintained in the same condition as when you arrived 

Cleaning can be done on departure or cleaning service can be requested at a charge of 80 euro

Exceptional situation: A final cleaning fee of 40€ due to pandemic Covid-19 is required

It is possible to rent bed linen at a cost of 15€/bed (bed sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases), bathroom linen at a cost of 8€/pers (1 large and 1 medium towel)
