The house is 400m from the Panthier lake which has swimming and sailing amenities, as well as a good restaurant in the camping next to the lake.
Close by is the château of Commarin, well worth a visit.
Also 5 minutes from the lovely hill top village of Châteauneuf en Auxois with its imposing old castle.
Down below flows the Burgundy canal with its paved cyclepath running its length.
The house is 10 minutes from two motorways, the A6 Paris-Marseille and the A38 which takes you to Dijon in 30 minutes.
The house comprises of a dining room, a spacious fully equiped kitchen with acces to the garden, a TV room with smart TV DVD player, a second sitting room with three comfortable settees, opening to the enclosed garden.
Fully equiped laundry room with washing machine and dryer, little fridge and little freezer.
Five bedrooms of which two have WC and washbasin, two have a washbasin and one room is situated opposite of a fully equiped bathroom.
Three bathrooms with showers, fitted cupboards, washbasins and WC.
Parking is possible in front and at the side of the house, also there is one place available for one car or motorbikes or bikes in the independent garage at the end of the garden, fitted with an electric door.
