Apartment on the 1st floor, recently refurbished with a superb view of the Loire and the vineyards, comprising 1 kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 1 stove with oven and induction hob, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher. 1 microwave oven. 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 90 cm pull-out beds that can be transformed into a large bed + 1 baby cot, 1 bathroom-WC. 1 dining room living room with fixed sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, unlimited wifi.

Minimum rental 3 nights outside school holidays (155.00 €) and minimum rental one week during school holidays.

House located in the city center, in a very quiet street 100 m from the Loire. the entrance to the ground floor of 15 m2 in addition to the floor area allows you to park family bikes, four bikes are available for free for rides on the Loire track by bike nearby.

You can cycle through the Loire, a nearby cycle path will allow you to discover the wild Loire in the calm environment of the nature reserve. After this bike ride you can enjoy a glass of smoked Pouilly or Sancerre with a crottin de Chavignol
