l'accueil, très prévenant; la location très fleurie, très bien équipée; la proximité : on est en plein centre-ville

très calme et agréable
situation géographique idéale : tout près des lieux à visiter dans Auxerre. Maison fraiche... très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Mr Darmon est très attentionné vis à vis de ses hôtes et à l'écoute. On peut associer ce séjour à une escapade au château de Guédelon (visite à faire absolument) et entre autre, une cave impressionnante dans ses dimensions à Bailly
en un mot : super ! Gîte calme dans une petite cour fleurie charmante. Hôte à la fois discret et très accueillant.

Bon accueil, propriètaire au petit soin. Tout le charme d'une maison ancienne du centre ville d'Auxerre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
