Very nice renovation for your vacation rental with its 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, its 2 new and modern bathrooms, a large and functional kitchen open to the living room. With a pretty walled garden of 400m2, located 500 meters from the town center of Erquy and 800 meters from the beach, all your trips can be done on foot. Erquy, a well-known seaside resort in the Côtes d´Armor, offers many activities and tourist outings. Walk along the sea with its very large sandy beaches, its marina and fishing port and discover all along the GR34 small hidden and sheltered bays. For dynamic holidays, the town center offers you a wide choice of shops, restaurants, beautiful art galleries and designer boutiques, highlighting the know-how of local craftsmanship. Cape Erquy offers a fantastic setting for photography enthusiasts and hikers, thanks to its changing and colorful landscape. Classified in 2019 as "Grand site de France" with Cap Fréhel, this place is probably one of the most beautiful located in North Brittany, popular with sailors, hikers and nature lovers and especially photographers. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Verschiedene schöne Strände befinden sich in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung. Bäcker und Innenstadt mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie den Hafen erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet, bei voller Belegung wären weitere größere Töpfe hilfreich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, auch die Bäder waren topmodern. Ein besonderes Special war ein Netflix-Zugang.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Les propriétaires de cette maison sont très sympathiques, la maison est ravissante, incroyablement bien rénovée et décorée avec goût et l'on s'y sent bien. Sa situation au calme est idéale car, malgré tout, proche des commerces, de la mer et des promenades. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir.

Maison au calme, super bien équipée. Super Accueil. On n’est pas loin du centre ville et de la plage.. on peut tout faire à pied
