Very pleasant house by the sea on the large beach of Saint-Cast, located in the garden of a remarkable mansion.
On two levels.
Upstairs: living room with open kitchen and terrace with sea view and two beautiful bedrooms, bathroom with bath and large shower, separate toilet.
On the ground floor: large loft space with double bed, table football, small kitchen, shower room.
The two levels communicate, but each have independent access: ideal for different generations, older children or grandparents, or couples of friends.
All shops close by.
Not far: Nautical activities club, 18-hole golf course, tennis, equestrian center, tree climbing, deep-water port...
And of course: beach 20 meters away!
You stay in the old stables, which have been adorably transformed into a comfortable guest house.
Deckchairs, swing, hammocks in the garden.
Barbecue loan.
On entry:
Dear visitors, if you wish and I am available, you can book a sauna session in the mansion, an oracle reading, a particular yoga class, an energy treatment, a sound bath (sound therapy) or a guided hike in the most magnificent areas of the region.
A good choice of restaurants, ice cream parlors and creperies nearby. Nautical club accessible on foot (courses or rentals).
Not far from Dinard, St-Malo, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, the old town of Dinan, and even Mont Saint-Michel (1h15 drive). Ideal for athletes and lovers of idleness.
Lamballe or St-Malo TGV stations, then bus or taxi.
Dinard Pleurtuit airport a few kilometers away.
We are on the GR 34, and the walks by the sea and in the countryside are sublime!!!!!!!!!!!
