Near the sea the sea (5 minutes), come and enjoy a stay with family or friends in this large detached house of 110 m² for 4/6 people, with its very pleasant and up-to-date decoration.
A Ground floor arrived by a very beautiful spacious entrance serving on one side a large living room with lounge area (with television) and on the other an independent space for the living room or dining room and its independent kitchen ( with everything you need including coffee maker, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher, electric plancha...).
Upstairs, you will find three independent bedrooms (one of which is quite small with an extra but comfortable BZ sofa! The other two bedrooms have 2 90cmx200 beds and the other has a 140x200 bed. The bedrooms are pleasant and spacious.
Take advantage of its garden and terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue, and behind the house a small laundry room and its "return from the beach" shower.
