My house in Trévou Tréguignec, Brittany, France

Location

My house is located in the coastal village of Trévou Tréguignec, between Perros-Guirec and Paimpol. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, including Trestel beach, which is popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing. The beach is also family-friendly, with plenty of space for children to play and a gentle slope that makes it safe for swimming.

The House

The house is just 500 meters from the beach, and you can see (and sometimes hear) the sea from the large south-facing terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and flowery, and the house is located on a small, quiet street.

Exterior

Outside, you have everything you need to have a good time: at the front of the house a small garden allows you to have your breakfast in the sun and, at the back, a large terrace on stilts overlooks Trestel Bay and invites you to admire the sunset in the evening. Barbecue and garden furniture are of course at your disposal. In addition, a private parking space is available, as well as a large space next to the house, which can be used to park larger vehicles.

Interior

Inside, a spacious and bright living room opens on one side to a fully equipped independent kitchen, and on the other to the living room with its bay window leading to the terrace.

Bedrooms

As for sleeping, you have:

• A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed
• A second bedroom with a double mezzanine bed and a 90 cm bed
• A third bedroom under the eaves with a 140 cm bed and its own bathroom and toilet. In addition, a laundry room can accommodate your bicycles or other personal equipment.

Activities

A wide range of activities are available all year round in the surrounding area: related to the sea of course, but also to science and telecommunications, games (tree climbing, Gallic amusement park, ...), discovery (tides, sound, stars, history, ...), hiking (pedestrian with the GR34, cycling, horseback riding, ..., by the coast, in the countryside, in forests, in marshes, ...). All this complemented by Breton gastronomy: pancakes and galettes for everyone, kig a farz for gourmets, kouign aman for gluttons, ormeaux for gourmets and... spider crab for the adventurous! In addition, in season, many activities are organized by the town and in the surrounding area: festivals, water sports, festnoz, Breton boules competitions, sea trips, shore fishing, ... seaweed picking... And, for lovers of peace and heritage, the region is full of stories, chapels, mysterious manors, as well as gardens inviting to daydreaming.
