DUPLEX MAISONETTE 4 people - 100 METERS FROM THE BEACH - BETWEEN PERROS GUIREC AND PAIMPOL - TREVOU TREGUIGNEC - COTES D'ARMOR - BRITTANY

Ideally located near the beach, this 30 m² maisonette includes an equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a dining table and a lounge area (sofa bed and television).

 A bathroom with WC (shower and hair dryer).

Two bedrooms upstairs (the ladder type staircase is quite steep). We do not have a safety barrier for children.

A room (garage door) that can be used to store your personal effects (bicycles, stroller, etc.) there is a drying rack in this room (no washing machine)

A south-facing terrace with garden furniture: you can also enjoy the barbecues and outdoor tables made available by the condominium.

A parking space is available.

Sheets are provided and charged 40 euros per stay. Towels and tea towels are not provided.

We wish you a pleasant stay in our Maisonette and you can enjoy the proximity of the beach of Trestel (playground) in a relaxing environment.

You will discover the pink granite coast by walking the GR34 and the marsh of Trestel arranged for beautiful walks.

You are close to the towns of Perros Guirec, Paimpol, Lannion Tregastel and the village of Ploumanac'h.

The location of our house will allow you to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, the 7 islands, the island of Bréhat and many other wonders of Brittany.

You will be close to the fine sandy beach (100 m) with a very gentle slope which allows games and sea bathing in complete safety at any time of the tide and for all ages.

You have a few shops (restaurants 5 minutes walk along the beach, grocery store, pharmacy and bakery 10 minutes walk). The place is ideal for spending holidays with family and friends in peace.

You can practice kayaking, kitesurfing, horse riding and sailing in Port Blanc (4 km).
