Carefully designed and fully refurbished in 2021, La Maison Mer is a typical French breton home built in 1953.

With four bedrooms (two with double beds, two with single beds), two bathrooms, a large terrace with ocean views, and an enclosed backyard, and situated only a 3-minute walk to the beach, the house is ideal for a coastal break with family or friends.

The foremost artisanal fishing harbour in France and a popular working-class town in Southern Brittany, le Guilvinec is celebrated for its local culture and attractions.​ Nearby noteworthy places include the Eckmühl lighthouse at the tip of Penmarc'h with its 360° panoramic views and the famous surf spot at La Torche. The 3-story house can accommodate 7 people:

Ground floor: Living space with TV lounge area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, and kitchenette with fridge, hotplates and microwave.

1st floor: Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combination-freezer, oven...), living room, dining room, 1 kids bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 x 90), 1 single bed + extra bed. Laundry room with WC. Large terrace with sea view.

2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with 180 cm bed, 1 large bedroom with 140 cm bed, shower room with WC.

Amenities and services: TV, WIFI internet, washing machine. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.

Outside: Large balcony/terrace with dining table and sea view, enclosed garden, bike storage, ping-pong table, croquet set, private enclosed parking.
