Enjoy the comfort of this fully renovated cottage house situated less than 2 kilometers away from Pentrez beach.This old farmhouse can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for you family vacations.
With its 300 m² garden and its terrace facing south, this clean and bright living space has everything to make you feel at home:On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen.
You will find all the household appliances you need, such as a
dishwasher, a washing-machine and dryer, a ceramic hob, a hood, an oven,
a fridge, a microwave, a flat TV and an iron.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: the parents’ bedroom
with a 160cm bed, and the children’s bedroom with two bunk beds of 90
and 140cm.
There is one bathroom and one toilet on each floor.
During you stay, feel free to enjoy the private garden with
children’s games, a parking space for your car and free internet access.
Ideally located in the heart of Finistère, you will only be 30
minutes away from Quimper and the peninsula of Crozon, 45 minutes away
from Brest, 15 minutes away from Locronan, 20 minutes away from
Douarnenez…
Besides, you can have fun on the 4-kilometer fine sandy beach. It
is not dangerous for children and is supervised in certain areas.
You
can practise nautical activities such as surfing, bodyboard,
windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and fishing.
Paragliding is also possible on the mountain « Menez Hom », or on the sea.
Slow charging of your electric vehicle is possible by renting a garage.
Your newspaper will be delivered to your mailbox during your vacations, free of charge.Claudine and Jean-Christophe are there to make your stay easier. All you need to do is enjoy !

Cadre calme et gentillesse des propriétaires
De superbes vacances chez des hôtes accueillants, dans un gîte très agréable à la campagne et proche de la mer.
Propreté, espace, calme, terrasse, 2 douches/2 WC, jardin et le journal tous les matins- Propriétaires avenants et très à l'écoute-Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances
Un tout petit peu loin de la mer, compter 20 petites minutes à pied et besoin d'un véhicule pour faire les courses
Un séjour d'une semaine dans un gîte très propre, (très)spacieux pour 4, au calme avec des propriétaires au petit soin.
Le gîte lui-même ; le jardin ; la région, les plages ; la gentillesse de M. et Mme Marchadour ; bref, tout.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très propre et fonctionnel, dont les propriétaires sont charmants et très serviables.
