A quiet villa with an unobstructed view over the countryside overlooking Goulven Bay, offering privileged access to miles of sandy beaches. The first shops are only 300 m away in the center of Plounéour-Trez, so you can do everything on foot or by bike in Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages!
The Villa features a 6 m x 3 m indoor pool heated to 28°, available all year round. The living room overlooks the pool, allowing you to keep an eye on your children.
An enclosed, detached garage is the perfect place to store your equipment and car.
