With its breathtaking VIEW over the entire bay of Mont St-Michel, all its NEW equipment, its top quality 100% Breton bedding and its contemporary decor, this modern corner apartment offers you a LUMINOUS cocoon 2 steps from the restaurants, cafes and shops of the port from La Houle & quiet.
He offers
- a bright living room with dining area and new fully equipped kitchen
- 2 independent bedrooms: one with 2 beds of 90cm (or a bed of 180cm according to your preference), and a bed of 160cm, as well as a sofa bed made in France with Bultex mattress 14cm. 140cm bed.
Beds are made on arrival and towels and house linen are provided.
As at the hotel but with the extra space!
A garage on the ground floor is available to tenants to safely store strollers, scooters, bicycles. If you are the only tenant during your stay, we also make it available to park your car which is a great asset in Cancale.
Otherwise, as tenants, you have access to the car parks of Cancale (Parking Duguay Trouin just in front of the house) at a preferential rate. Simply go to the cash desk (200 meters from the house) when you are parked: according to the season (low from November 16th to March 31st), per day: 10€ (7€) - per week: 51€ (37€)
A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal, as well as baby chair, baby bed and books and puzzles for kids.

The sea with its variations just in front is a feast for the eyes and offers an endless playground for children.

Outremer is located on the 2nd floor without elevator in the house "Bleu Cancale", a traditional stone corner house completely renovated.
The ground floor offers a studio for 4 people max. The 1st floor offers a second 2 bedroom appartment for 6 people max.
