this completely refurbished gîte is located in the heart and quiet of the countryside of the town of Baguer-Pican on the site of an old farm.
You can come to rest there or to discover the number of natural and heritage sites unmissable in the area!
You will have the opportunity during your stay to cook and taste our fresh and seasonal vegetables, grown in the fields of our vegetable farm
or even go fishing in our private pond a few kilometers away!
The gîte is located on the first floor of a house with a second gîte on the ground floor, with separate entrance.
You will find :
- a large living room with a lounge area, TV and WiFi internet access, a dining area and a new open fitted kitchen
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- independent toilets
- a 1st independent bedroom with wardrobe and 160cm bed

Un accueil chaleureux des gens gentil très agréable serviable un appartement très propre très bien équipé une literie au top enfin le top !!
Excellent gîte, fonctionnel et confortable (la literie est au top !). Décoration moderne. Rien ne manque. Le calme de la campagne mais la ville et ses commerces ne sont pas loin. Les bons produits locaux de Mr COLLIN sont à conseiller ! En bref un séjour agréable dans un cadre reposant. Nous y reviendrons.
Superbe gîte, bien situé pour visiter la région. Merci à Mr COLLIN pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses conseils.
Gite impeccable, fonctionnel,très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Bonne isolation phonique entre logements. Excellente literie neuve. 2 belles terrasses pour profiter du soleil. N'hésitez pas à goûter les magnifiques produits de M.Collin, tomates,haricots, courgettes délicieux. Calme de la Campagne à qq km de Dol pour trouver tous les commerces. Gîte à conseiller sans hésiter.
Excellente prestation, autant par la qualité du gîte, des équipements, de la literie que de l'accueil et de la disponibilité des hôtes.
