In this brand new holiday rental, tastefully decorated and equipped with the best facilities for your utmost comfort, you'll have a most comfortable stay. Put your bags down and enjoy.
The icing on the cake is the breathtaking sea view and private parking in the courtyard of the small residence (2 other flats available).

Good to know : The flat has a comfortable sofa bed for up to 4 people.


Cancale is a dynamic town made up of two parts: - the lower town with its harbour, the old fishermen's quarter and restaurants
- the upper town with its church, shops and museum. Numerous beaches, both developed and unspoilt, line the GR 34, which circles the town. You can also explore the region by car, bus or train: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne, Combourg and Rennes are all well worth a visit. And don't forget Mont Saint-Michel, visible from the bay and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A large, bright living room with :
- an open-plan kitchen with quality crockery and a wide range of appliances for preparing breakfasts and meals.
- a living area
- a sitting area with connected TV and sea view.

- 1 large independent bedroom for 2 people (180x200 cm bed) with dressing area and armchair.
- 1 comfortable, easy-to-deploy sofa bed in the lounge for 2 people (rapido system, 160 cm).

- 1 shower room with vanity unit and large shower

- Access from the front or rear of the building
- Private courtyard with secure gate for parking your vehicle

Everything was perfect ! Very well furnished, light, clean, roomy and very quiet. Fantastic view of the bay and practical parking in the backyard. All the facilities were top quality and the owner is a very friendly and helpful lady.

La vue sur la mer et sur la baie

le parking petit pour 3. faut s'organiser entre locataires

Très bon séjour. Magnifique appartement dans une ville magnifique. Seul (petit) problème, un parking trop juste pour 3 voitures.

Bonjour Monsieur GIL, Merci pour votre message. Il décrit comme certains de nos voyageurs qui prennent quelques minutes de leur temps pour donner leur avis afin de décrire nos appartements et le cadre dans lequel ils sont implantés. Vous avez raison de dire que le parking est un peu "petit". 3 véhicules peuvent y entrer sans problème, mais il faut effectivement que nos voyageurs s'organisent pour la sortie lorsque nos 3 appartements sont occupés. J'en conviens aisément. Cependant en plein été il est quasi impossible de trouver une place de stationnement à quelque heure du jour lorsque vous revenez d'une journée de visite à l'extérieur de Cancale. Ces parkings privés et sécurisés sont donc très judicieux et malgré tout très pratiques car ils vous permettent d'avoir une place de stationnement immédiatement, sans avoir, si je puis me permettre besoin de "tourner en rond" pendant de très nombreuses minutes, Cancale étant également victime de son succès. En tout état de cause j'espère que malgré ce petit désagrément, vous avez passé un excellent séjour et nous aurons le plaisir de vous revoir à l'Ostra lorsque vous déciderez de prendre un bon bol d'air face à la baie du Mont Saint-Michel.
