L'Escale des Douets Fleuris is a new, quiet house built in 2021, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday with family or friends. Located in a housing estate, L'Escale des Douets Fleuris is ideally placed for enjoying the beaches (several sandy beaches are less than 3 km away) or visiting Cancale and the surrounding area. On foot, you'll have access to a range of shops (bakery, butchers, supermarket, etc.).

The house comprises:

Day area: the house features a beautiful space dedicated to meals with a modern and functional open kitchen. This space is bathed in light thanks to a large bay window that provides direct access to the outside and the wooden terrace. Adjacent to this dining area, you will find the separate living area equipped with a comfortable sofa and an armchair; it's an ideal spot for watching television in peace.

Night area: L'Escale des Douets Fleuris houses 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs: the first bedroom offers a double bed 160 X 200. A chest of drawers and a clothing rack are at your disposal to store your clothes. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90 X 190 and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has a double bed 140 X 190 and provides a large closet.

Exterior: l'Escale des Douets Fleuris is set on a plot of about 200 m2. You can enjoy a large south-facing wooden terrace. In good weather, a garden furniture set will be set up, and you can have your meals and do some grilling there (the barbecue provided should not be used directly on the terrace). On the north side, there is a small fully fenced lawn corridor where young children can play safely. In front of the garage, you can park 2 cars. The garage will be accessible to you to store bicycles. 

Sanitary/Bathroom area: the house has 2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor adjacent to the living area with a walk-in shower and a single sink vanity. The other bathroom is upstairs with a bathtub and also a single sink vanity. There are 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor, the other upstairs.

What you need to know about the house l'Escale de Douets Fleuris : 

- Linen is optional at 18 € / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Remember to bring your tea towels. This option must be chosen at least 15 days before arrival if possible.

- One of our team will be there to welcome you on arrival and on departure to make sure that everything has gone smoothly.

- Late arrivals, after 8pm, are possible with a supplement of €40 to be paid on site. We do not accept guests after midnight.

- The barbecue must not be used on the wooden terrace. If you use it, place it on the gravelled area.

- The house is semi-detached on both sides.

- The house has no internet access, for a 100% disconnected holiday!

- A deposit of 400 € is demanded before arrival
