It is located in the heart of Dinard, in a dynamic area, 20 meters from the Boulangerie Joyeux, close to Les Halles (700 meters) and the beaches of Dinard (1 km). It is also an anchor point for visiting nearby Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Briac, Dinan, etc.

Accueil très chaleureux. Propriétaire à l'écoute de nos besoins si nécessaire. L appartement est bien situé, il y a tout à proximité, pas besoin de se déplacer à voiture et perdre son temps à chercher une place de stationnement. Très important pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du séjour.
Bel appartement, bien situé. Nous pouvons se déplacer à pied, 15 mn du centre de Dinard.

La proximité des plages 1km à pied, et des commerces, la facilité de parking à proximité. A recommander pour un couple.
Tout était parfait et l'accueil des hôtes charmant.
