About this Holiday rental
Come and enjoy this very friendly house, in a quiet area, renovated in 2020 and surrounded by a large walled garden.
Children can have fun in the play areas (trampoline, ping pong, arcade video game terminal), adults will enjoy the terrace and the fully equipped outdoor kitchen (plancha, barbecue, fridge) under pergola.
The house is located a 10-minute walk from the Priory Beach, a 15-minute walk from the Halles and the town centre of Dinard. Bikes are available.
On your return from the beach you will enjoy the terraces and the outdoor shower.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open living room composed of :
- a kitchen equipped
- a dining area
- a living room with a very large screen connected TV and a video game kiosk "arcade" that will delight young and old fans alike!
The living room looks directly onto the terrace on one side with 2 garden lounges and on the other on the summer kitchen with sheltered dining area

- 3 detached bedrooms (2 double beds 140cm and 2 beds 90cm bunk)
Note: access to the second floor by a small ladder of miller is left to the tenants, under their responsibility, 2 beds of 90cm and a sofa are installed under the roofs

Maison, jardin et proximité Plage
parfait
Super sympa comme maison avec le grand jardin, qqls minutes a pied de la plage et Olivier nous a laissé des vélos gratuitement.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les conseils des propriétaires dans cette maison propre et au calme. Nos enfants ont adoré l'arcade et la table de ping-pong. Nous avons visité les alentours, profiter de la côte et de la charmante ville de Dinard. Top!
Maison très agréable pour toute la famille.
La cuisine exterieure, les jeux pour ados et enfants, la proximité de la plage et du centre à vélo voire a pied.
Une grande maison avec jardin, des espaces exterieurs bien pensés
la proximité de la plage, les velos, le jardin. Carine et Olivier nous ont tres bien conseillé pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous reviendrons forcement. Je conseille.
