Welcome to "Le Petit Chatelet", a seaside gîte, just a minute's walk from the seaside in Hirel! You will find a charming stone house with character, extended over the years, typical of the village.
Its strong points: large living rooms, 2 verandas at the front and back of the house, an enclosed garden and many facilities for a comfortable holiday.
Located in Hirel in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, you will be close to the sea (at high tide !), the customs path, the bike path, the sand yacht club, but also restaurants, fishmongers, grocery shop, pharmacy. You will be close to Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, Combourg, Mont Saint-Michel to the east, and Cancale and Saint-Malo to the west.
The house - which can accommodate up to 5 people on 1 level (some risers) - consists of:
- Day side
- A large living room with a large dining table and a sitting area (TV, Wifi).
- A scullery / laundry room in the garage, practical for fishing trips
- a veranda at the front of the house, and a veranda at the back, each equipped with tables and chairs, to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
- On the night side
- One bedroom for 1 to 4 people (1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm, reserved for children over 6 years old)
- A room for 1 to 2 people (2 beds 90x190 cm)
The bedding is of professional quality.
