Welcome to Evelyne and Philippe's home, who are opening the doors of their charming house in La Chapelle-aux-Fitzméens, near Combourg. It has a single guest room, La Chambre des Lutins, which sleeps 1 to 3 people.

They offer a warm and simple welcome in this charming house in the centre of the town. The large property has a magnificent, large garden planted with trees. There are plenty of areas to relax in.

Evelyne's cooking talents are at your service: copious breakfast with fresh, home-made produce, and table d'hôtes by prior arrangement.

  • The independent bedroom (upstairs):
A bright and spacious 14 m² bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 bed 90x190cm) with dressing room.

  • Bathroom (ground floor) :
The shower room and WC are shared with the owners, but usage slots are defined in advance so that they can be made private for you.

  • Living areas (ground floor) :
- Large, cosy living room where breakfast is served every morning.
- Kitchen at your disposal during your stay if you wish to reheat a dish, refrigerate food or prepare tea or coffee.
- Relaxation room with library, board games, table and 4 chairs, rowing machine, TV (TV channels, DVD player with DVD and Netflix provided).

  • Outside :
- Private parking on the enclosed property
- Large, flower-filled, shady garden
