Would you like to discover the great heritage and natural sites of Brittany? The gîte "La Grange" will be the ideal accommodation for your holidays !
This cosy accommodation has been completely renovated in an old 18th century farmhouse. You will be surrounded by large trees and enjoy a 3000 m² park.
Located 2 minutes from the village of Noyal-sous-Bazouges, 5 minutes from the small town of Bazouges-la-Pérouse, the gîte is 30/45 minutes from the major sites and beaches of Upper Brittany (Mont Saint Michel, Canal Ille-et-Rance, Dinan, Fougères...) and about an hour from Saint Malo and Rennes.
The accommodation can accommodate 8 people and is composed of :
- On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with 2 electric beds of 90 cm and a private shower room with Italian shower,
- a separate room with WC and washing machine.
- On the first floor :
- a separate "children's" room with 2 beds of 90 cm. Games are available for them,
- a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private shower room,
- a separate bathroom with bath, large shower and WC.
- Outside
- You will enjoy the private terrace with a view on the park and a closed garden reserved for the rent.
- Wooden garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a charcoal barbecue.
- Access to the park, shared with the owners, is possible. The pond is secure in the presence of children and outdoor games are at your disposal.

Quiet, countryside location, the perfect base for exploring the local area where there's plenty to see and do. Recently renovated, well equipped and spacious property with large decking area and access to the owners' large and well-tended garden, complete with outdoor games and a pond! Well suited to families of all ages, including accessible ground floor bedroom & ensuite wet room. Welcoming hosts on-hand to help make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended - we'd love to return!!
