Are you looking for peace and quiet, space, an authentic Breton experience and conviviality for your tribe ? Welcome to Ar Voudenn ! Located in a working farm, this stone farmhouse with character was perfectly renovated in 2022.

Ideally located in Roz-Landrieux, the gîte is easily accessible thanks to the Saint-Malo-Rennes dual carriageway (8 km) and just a few minutes from Dol-de-Bretagne, the seaside and the major tourist sites.

With family or friends, you will enjoy bright, spacious living rooms with all the modern comforts. A garden and a courtyard will allow pleasant moments outside.
Special mention should be made of the equipment provided for the little ones !

The house on 2 levels with garden is composed of :

A large and bright living room on the ground floor with :
- a sitting area with TV, radio and pellet stove (available in winter)

- a fully equipped open kitchen.
A laundry room with washing machine, kitchen equipment, baby equipment, etc.

On the first floor :
- 2 independent bedrooms for 2 people (bed 140x190 cm) with a large dressing room.
- 2 independent bedrooms for 2 people (2 beds 90x190cm each) with a large dressing room.
- A mezzanine with a bench and coffee table.

  • Sanitary facilities
- 1 bathroom with shower on the same level
- 1 independent toilet on the same level with a grab bar.
- 1 shower room with shower and double washbasin on the first floor
- 1 separate toilet on the first floor

  • The exterior
- Private courtyard for 4 cars
- Terrace on the same level with garden furniture, shade sail and barbecue in the summer.
- Flowered garden and lawns
- Deckchairs at your disposal.
- A closed shelter to store bikes, kayak, paddle.

- Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WIFI.
- Sheets, towels are optional.
- Baby facilities: in addition to the basics, baby seat, kitchen utensils, child gate, pellet stove protection, pushchair. As you can see, children are welcome! And this in a secure environment.

  • The owners
Loïc and Laurence, active farmers in the breeding of dairy cows, are delighted to open their cottage after a few months of renovation. This is an opportunity for you to discover their beautiful region, and also their business if you are interested in the farm. Everything has been carefully thought out so that you will have an excellent stay.

Dol-de-Bretagne, Saint-Malo, Combourg, Cancale, Le Mont Saint-Michel and its bay, Dinard, Dinan, the Brocéliande Forest, Rennes and its Lices market on Saturdays, Le Cap Fréhel, etc.

Proche du Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale….le calme et le confort sont très appréciables.

Le gîte qui est magnifique, spacieux, super bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le calme, l' accueil et la gentillesse de Laurence, Loïc et Ewan. Situation idéale pour visiter le Mont St Michel, St Malo et les alentours. Je recommande à 100%
