Welcome to La Grande Mettrie. This old farmhouse is located in the heart of the Emerald Coast between Saint-Coulomb and Saint-Malo, in the calm of a hamlet.
The 2-storey property is built of stone and has a courtyard, a terrace and a pleasant adjoining garden.
There are many cycling and walking routes nearby. During your stay, you will enjoy a variety of landscapes : countryside, pond (Sainte-Suzanne, with direct access !), coastline...and even sea desert, when the sea withdraws far at low tide !
The town centre is 2.4 km away, the harbour of Rothéneuf and the entrance to Saint-Malo 3 km away. The Mont Saint-Michel is 45 km away (45 min by car, 2-3h by bike).

Direct access from the house is to the 17-hectare Sainte-Suzanne pond, which is just a few metres away.
There are many walking and cycling paths around the house.
You can also easily visit Saint-Malo (historical centre, beaches, shopping, city of Aleth), Cancale, the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The Mont Saint-Michel is 50 minutes away by car, or 2-3 hours by bike for the more courageous! Discover the sumptuous and changing landscapes throughout the day, sometimes covered by the sea, sometimes deserted thanks to the high tides, the most impressive in Europe.
