Welcome to the "Montbretias" named after the beautiful flowers adorning the path and the small garden of this charming Saint-Malo house full of character, completely renovated in 2018.
Ideally located in a quiet area, 500m from the main beach of Sillon, a few hundred meters from all shops and 1.5km from the historic center of the Corsair city of Saint Malo (intramural and ramparts).
With a surface area of 95m² on 2 floors, it consists of:
On the ground floor
- a large living room with lounge area, dining area and fitted open kitchen, giving access to the small enclosed garden facing south and without vis-à-vis.
On the 1st floor
- a first independent double bedroom (140cm bed)
- a bathroom - WC with access to a small balcony
- a second double bedroom (140cm bed), communicating with the bathroom
On the 2nd floor
- a 3rd independent bedroom under crawling with double upholsterer's mattress (140cm) in wool
- a bathroom with shower and WC

- A cellar with washing machine, freezer, bicycles at your disposal (6 adult bicycles, 3 children's bicycles including 1 with stabilizers)

Parking is free in the immediate vicinity of the house and a private and closed garage is at your disposal a few dozen meters from the house,
you will be able to put down your car and go to the beach or to explore the historic center of Saint Malo intra muros by foot!
You can also be picked up from the train or ferry station if necessary.
