Coetquen, la Petite Ferme de Duguay-Trouin (Duguay-Trouin's Little Farm) is a charming house dating from the 17th century. It belonged to the famous shipowner from Saint Malo. It has been renovated and can now accommodate 4 people on 2 levels.
It is located in Haute Flourie, a very quiet area of Saint-Servan in Saint-Malo. Ideally located, 800 m from the sea and 2 minutes from the 4 lanes and the Rance dam, you can easily discover the surrounding sites (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Fort La Latte, Cap Fréhel, Cap d'Erquy, Mont-Saint-Michel, Brocéliande).
Another great asset of the house: its 500 m² garden perfectly equipped for all ages ! : games for young children, trampoline, petanque pitch, deckchairs, not forgetting garden furniture and barbecue.
