The location is ideal : shops, restaurants, market in few minutes. The old city of the Saint-Malo (called intra-muros) is within easy walking or cycling distance (provided!) 

You will find this single-storey house in a calm and residential area off a dead-end street. You will appreciate 
the sunny location, and a spacious interior. It is a very successful alliance between the charm of ancient and modern comfort.
On the outsides, you will enjoy the flowered courtyard, the
